Activity 1: What is learning?

I understand that learning is a process that brings about  change in the learner due to his/her experience. I understand that learners have the potential to learn and that teachers role is to act as a guide or facilitator of knowledge and skills. I also understand that all learners do not learn the same way and that ones social, economic and cultural background among other things influence their learning . It is our duty as teachers to structure the learning environment to develop each learner's strength.
